Welcome to Wild Signal. We support creative work by boundary-pushing artists, and help bring their work directly to you. Below you’ll find general information about ordering, shipping, and product care for our releases.
1. Ordering & Pre-Order
For pre-orders, payment is taken at the time of checkout to secure your copy. If you’ve placed a pre-order, you’ll receive updates via email when your item is preparing to ship. We carefully plan our estimated dates to do our very best to meet the projected timeline. However, they are estimates and could be subject to change. If any significant changes to dates occur, we will contact you with an update.
1. Shipping
We currently ship to the U.S. and select international destinations.
Address changes: If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will either cancel and have you reorder or update the address if possible.
Lost or stolen packages: Once a package has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, Wild Signal cannot assume liability for loss or theft. We’ll do our best to assist, but final responsibility rests with the shipping provider.
3. Returns, Exchanges & Damages
All limited-edition and pre-order items are final sale. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
To report a problem, contact shop@wildsignal.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unplayed, as-new condition. Once a vinyl record has been opened or played, we can’t accept it for return or exchange.
Limited editions cannot be replaced once sold out..
4. Product Specifics & Packaging
All products are shipped in protective mailers or boxes designed for safe transport. Vinyl records are packaged in sturdy LP mailers.
Each product is stored and handled with care to prevent damage.
5. Pre-Order Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline
Pre-orders ship on or after the announced release date.
Orders may ship in waves depending on volume and fulfillment schedules.
Shipping times vary by destination—typically 3–7 business days within the U.S. and 2–4 weeks internationally.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
6. Tax, Duties & International Customers
U.S. sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout where applicable.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or VAT charges that may apply in their country.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

9. Additional Notes & Disclaimers
Due to the nature of small-batch production, slight variations in vinyl LP color, finish, or packaging may occur. These differences are part of what makes each edition unique.
